Sohag University Council approves awarding the university’s incentives and encouragement awards to 13 of its employees in the field of scientific research and quality assurance.
Sohag University Council, headed by Prof. Mustafa Abdel-Khalek, the president of the University, agreed in its session No. (187) in last November to award 13 of the winners from the university’s employees the university’s awards in the field of scientific research, which include the incentive award, the encouragment award, and the encouragement award, in addition to the university award for the best Master’s and Ph.D. thesis, Best Applied Research Award, Distinguished Management Award in Quality Assurance Practices, Distinguished Student and Employee Award.
Abdel-Khalek said that granting these awards came out of the university’s keenness to appreciate the outstanding performance through competition between the university’s employees, units, academic departments and colleges, with the aim of continuing innovation and development in the fields of scientific research and quality practices at the university.
